PKI has initially
provided medical and food aid to 6 camps in the Charsadda area as part
of its INITIAL RAPID RELIEF STRATEGY.
Thereafter, PKI has formally adopted the stadium camp in Charsadda, with
200 tents, housing more than 770 people, and is currently providing them
with food, Nido milk and Lactogen formulae for babies, clothes, electric
fans, sewing machines for women and other daily needs. The camp has been
organized and is currently housing a school for children as well as a
vocational center for women. |
